Zillow API Listings in New Site

Hello,
I want to rebuild my site from the ground-up either using wordpress or Joomla. I would like to the site to pull real estate listings from the Zillow API and display them by Zip Code, City, State and County. If the user searches for properties in 90210, I would like it to pulls the listings from the Zillow API, add my affiliate code and thn display the results on the page where they can be sorted by price, distance, etc according to the users needs.
I think Joomla might be the easiest but it can built using whatever you think will be the easiest and most stable platform. I have a shared VPS where it will installed and hosted.
