? Code to be VB2008 accessing MSSQL Express database.? ? Member consisting of Name and address details? will be added to database along with Branch and Employer information.? Branch and employer information will be selected from a picklist.? CRUD screens therefore required for Branches, Employers and Members.? A login Screen and a Main Screen should also be provided.?

Main Screen Buttons: Add, Edit, Save, Undo, Print Screen, ADD/EDIT Note
Disabling of buttons not suitable for the operation is a must.? Thus if the user is in add mode only Save and Undo buttons should be enabled.? ? Ditto for Edit.
On completion of recordupdate then the Add/Edit button should be enabled and Save and Undo disabled.
Add note should cause new new note to be created.
Suitable means to permit review of notes should be provided.? Ideally snippet of not should be provided in a grid. Clicking on the grid should display full note with opportunity to add new note or edit existing ones. Only users who have created the original note should be llowed to edit.
Member/Branch/Employer screens to have buttons to allow Add, Edit or Toggle an existing record as Active/Inactive.?
Members screen to display name & address details.? In addition Branch & Employer names to be displayed in comboboxes via the display item called from the corresponding valueitem by sql search into Branch & Employer Tables.
Either an Add or Edit selection should cause the comboboxes to be populated from corresponding tables.
Address details to be displayed via JOIN.? Editing of an address should cause a new record to be generated with the old one being marked as inactive.
Find screens to allow a user to Find a member by (1) surname, (2) surname + forename.
Upon entering at least two characters of surname enter key should display grid containing the corresponding names. Thus the letters "BRE" should list all the records beginning with "BRE" such as 'Breen' & 'Brennan' Find screen should allow listing of all members for specific employer or branch via datagrid clicking on record in grid should bring up members screen displaying the corresponding details.? Find Screen should retain data in case that there are two names the same.
Thus Members Add/Edit screen should then enable return to find screen.
Find screen Grid should display me_id, me_surname, me_forename, emp_name, br_name with proper column headers. Grid should be sortable by click on column header.
