We need an online application and software to be developed for our online business. An online SQL Server Database (or your suggested) that will be managed by different audiences; Clients, Estate Agents and iSystems Management. However Lettings and commercial sections will not be activated till later so there should be a switch to turn Lettings & commercial section on in the back-End of the online application which will enable the Lettings menu and Lettings agents sections in the site. Also Advertisement management in the site. **Software (iPro Manager Express):**Estate Agents Description: This software will be keeping all details of Estate Agents’ clients and properties. (Sales and lettings). There are numerous applications in the field and we would like to use a very simple user interface. The software should manage a sale of a property from “ a client enquiring about the property to the landlord details, solicitors details, property details, notes, valuation details,etc??. It should also push the property to the website if requested. (also if edited or deleted a property in the software) **iSystems Management Software:**This software will shape how all registered estate agents use their software. iSystems can disable their usage of the software should there be a problem with the payment or a violation of the agreement. This software should **display** and **manage** all estate agents, their properties and Accounts with iSystems. We welcome suggestions or structure change to the application as long as we can do the top three separate sections solid and secure in the way suggested. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
