Text & Script editor based on CodeMax/CodeSense in VB

I need a MDI text & script editor based on the CodeSense/CodeMax control written in VB 6.0 The editor should support all functions supported by the CodeSense control, as well as state of the art features of a editor... Especially it should use synatx highlightning for the build in languages of codesense as well as for custom language definitions. The editor should have a little project support, what means it can handle project files which consist of some script files. I want to have the ability to save code snippets and put them via drap and drop or shortcut into the control/script. A properties dialog for setting global properties as well as associate file extensions to language definitions should be present. The editor should make the registry entries so that on the explorer context menu is an entry for opening the file with the editor...
