Voice IRC

My company is looking for a new program to be created that has all the functionality of an IRC server with the? functionality? of a Ventrilo Server as well. Basically we need a server program that will let people connect (with a seperate client program) and they will be able to not only text chat, but be able to have a voice conversation as well. ? People will need to be able to be set what rooms they are allowed to see,? allowed? to talk in, etc... ? It will also need the ability for someone to be able to hit a button on there keyboard and play a .wav file over the server. There are a few more details, but any questions and more details please contact me and ask. ## Deliverables there are multiple requirements as to options that need to be available in terms of channels and users. ? They will all be explained when the coder is chosen and we talk in person/ on the phone/ in an e-mail.
