wordpress theme file and tweak admin panel

I have a theme file that I need to change color scheme and implement some menu tweaks to make more beautiful and customize our theme so that it does not look like the original admin panel. The theme already has a wizard to setup essential pages with basic SEO and ability to monetize content by adding affiliate links/ad blocks etc. (Already included with current theme, so its just to remove anything which resembles that of author) I will provide demo link once the bidder is qualified successful candidate will be given the theme file to customize and return rebranded and renamed file.
