Need a very attractive WP template for blog.

Hello all! I am seeking someone or a team of people who can build and design a beautiful WP template for my blog. It is going to be a business and entrepreneurship blog with podcasting. The business and trep aspect doesn't necessarily have to be part of the design unless it can be integrated attractively and professionally. This being said , I don't want a boring , corporate design which lacks warmth and character. I know it's a lot to ask , and I can't offer very much in return , but if you feel like helping out a young entrepreneur , then I'd be very grateful. I am quite old fashioned so I really like the 18 hundreds high class lifestyle. Ideally it should show wealth and success in a subtle manner. I'd like the site to be similar to what this site does.
