I have an urgent need to have some issues with WordPress resolved as soon as possible. I've attached a document with what I need done and payment, etc. Please note that my deadline is ASAP. I will award the project within the next hour.

This is a repost. 2 programmers bid on it, I awarded it. One could not met the deadline so I awarded it to the next guy. He disappeared and hasn't accepted the project which resulted in the project being delayed even further.
