Wordpress - Make website compatible in IE, Chrome & Firefox. Only FF and Chrome Working

Hi I am going away for holidays and a client has a urgent requirement to have his wordpress website redesigned so that it is compatible in ALL browsers. At the moment it only works consistently in Firefox and Chrome, i believe due to the CSS and HTML Coding. I have attached a file with the domain name and these instructions. Please look at the site and have a clear understanding of the requirements before bidding. You will need to be able to understand these requirements clearly, and have good written and comprehension skills in English. I will not be back in contact until Tuesday Australia Time, at which point you should be ready to transfer all the files and make the site go live on our live server. You need to be confident and stick to web development standards with no flimsy or messy coding. The budget for this is as low as possible due to a shortage of funds by my customer. The lowest bid will likely win... This is an interim measure until we put together a new design idea and have the site completely re-designed, by you if the price is right and quality is good. Thanks
