WordPress plugin development - Experts only

I am interested in creating a WordPress plugin. This plugin will create contact forms for WordPress. You will be responsible for creating the graphic user interface and coding the plugin. The plugin should be consisted from unique and lightweight code. It should be developed having in mind the easy of use from novice and pro users without sacrificing the wealth of features that should have. Its control panel should have its options in a logical hierarchy, it should be eye catching and allow a great degree of customization that will modify the functionality and appearance of the plugin. Note that only developers with a strong knowledge and experience of WordPress will be considered. Please read carefully the attached files as they mention in great detail all the features that I need implemented. I am attaching you a zip file which contains: The list of features that should be supported by the plugin. Examples of contact forms that should be supported by the plugin. These examples should be incorporated to the plugin as templates by you, not all (as they are all used to give you ideas and inspiration), but those that are based heavily in graphics. These forms should be redesigned in order to be used more efficiently. Also I will send you an example of realtime modifications of templates and creation of new forms that is used on another WordPress plugin that I would like to incorporate to this contact form plugin.
