Wordpress Plugin - Mp4 video for HTML5 non-flash browsers

I need a plugin that plays mp4 videos already posted in Wordpress posts/pages in modern HTML5 browsers (Iphone, Ipad, Chorme for Android) that don't support flash. This plugin is to be installed in blogs that already have mp4 videos posted and for future videos to be posted. The plugin should identify that the browser does not support flash, but does support HTML5, then show the video for HTML5 browsers. Requirements: - Videos should be shown in the same place and format as the original mp4 flash video - Must include option to automatically play video as soon as page loads - Must work also for embedded videos - Must work in password protected blogs (Amember, etc...) Should be as easy to configure as possible to make it work as fast as possible for videos already posted. If possible, automatically detect video location for each post/page, so no manual input is needed. If this is not possible, would have to be added manually the mp4 video location.
