Wordpress tuning part 2

Hello, there is something more to do with my blog :) 1) I have a Wordpress index page listing post excerpts chronologically. There is also a Wordpress page listing whole posts chronologically. I need to have it changed so that the Wordpress page also lists post excerpts rather than whole posts. The excerpts on the page must look the same as on the index page. 2) I have two lines of links in the footer template. I need to have it changed so that the links can be managed via WP's built-in menu editor. 3) I have plugin "Sharebar" installed. It is modified by the way and not standard. Anyway, when I insert a Facebook Like button for post excerpts (on in a list of excerpts), the button always shows the amount of Likes of the whole website rather than the Likes of the post. I need to have it changed so that the button shows the amount of Likes per post.
