Facebook Connect sync with Joomla Extension

We need a programmer who can connect a Joomla extension (RS Events) with Facebook. What we want is to be able to add facebook comments and Event RSVP box to a Joomla site. Each time we add a new event in RS Events we want it also to be added as an event on our facebook account, also a comment box for facebook users to comment on the event as well as telling us if they are attending or not.
