(So when one user clears his chat messages with the particular user he has been chatting with, it will also clear that user’s chat as well. This will ensure both user’s privacy.) Administrator has the power to approve or disapprove. Administrator will also be able to edit the Photo and then approve the user’s profile. (And able to send message to user why pic or profile was denied) 4) Moderate Users edit, or delete them 5) Able to send messages to all users (ex. for updates, News, or any other messages seemed necessary) also local messages for local events or promotions (depending on user location) The App will still be running in background when app is closed to receive messages like most iPhone apps. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS: When a user receives a message, a push notification will appear with a sound indicating that he has received a message. When finished Product is sent to me, I must be able to load it up on xcode to test it out and it has to run perfectly smooth. Thank you!
