Adwords script JavaScript -- 3

In google adwords once your ad is clicked you get charged their is an option to make rules but this rule is not in the default rules their for it needs to be done by a script the script should do 1. All campaigns run from 8 am to 8 pm 2. Once their is a click all ads on all campaigns are paused for 1 hour
