CMS Intranet Site

We are looking to hire a freelancer to build a CMS based intranet site for the exclusive use of employees to access information about their department and provides a forum for employee's to discuss various work based items such as projects and cross department working. The key elements we are looking for are the following; *Intranet website (meaning users have to log in before seeing any) with admin access panel setting up users initial profile which they can modify once logged in. *Homepage landing page which has the managers monthly blog and an activity feed showing latest posted questions and responses from the forum. *Forum which enables our employees to ask/answer questions between staff members- as members will have already logged into the site they will not need to enter these again. Questions raised/answered should contain the staff members avatar or pic profile from their profile page. We have already scoped the project however been let down by our usual supplier so we already have the designs for CSS and understand in Wordpress all the modules are already freely open source available Please ensure that you read the description before bidding, we reserve the right to choose the freelancer before the end of the scheduled time.
