We need to collect PDF technical papers for research offline. The papers are scattered all over the web and the best way I could find them would be using google results and filetype:PDF directive. 1) I need a scraper to sift though google results to find PDF technical papers. 2) Need to download and database file in MYSQL with Catagory/Make/Model/ a small comment/ratings system, top downloads, last requested files, etc. 3) A front end simple website that allows to search through all the database records and list the catagory/make/model directory structure. Please make your bids, send your proposal of what you can make for me. I a not a web designer so you can give your ideas.
