Create a Customer Survey from GLPI

We need a developer to create a satisfaction survey system from the tool called GLPI. GLPI own already sends some information through tags just to third systems. You define the tags and it will send this information for this system, we need to collect these tags and insert into a system. And create the questions within the system, bringing this information.
