Create KODI Wizard Add-on and Authenticate with Username & Password (Pyton)

I need you to do a KODI Wizard which will install my own KODI Build to be hosted online on my 000webhost account. Many KODI Wizard templates available to just copy and paste, on youtube etc. Then I need you to add a level of authentication to this Wizard Add-on, a user will have to enter a username and password to get access to it and it needs to be usable only once at a time (not in more than 1 device at a time).
