Create a jungle/animal Wordpress Template -- 2

Hi guys Im looking for someone who is creative and can make a wordpress template to be made to look something like this one: [login to view URL] - not exactly the same, but similar. So for instance, the website to be designed just needs to be the basic outline or template, i will add all the pages etc, but i need something to start with. I have around 100 wordpress sites of my own so dont apply if you only do basic wordpress sites - i need more than that. Im not looking for a major expensive job as the whole project isnt worth a lot, but what i need is for someone to alter a template or create one that looks something like the one above. This shouldnt be too difficult i dont think, i can do anything else with wordpress myself but im not used to do bespoke stuff so let me know your thoughts and see what we can come up with. The website needs to be primarily aimed at children, so bright, funky, featuring animals, and fun!
