I need someone to create a mobile version of my site. Today we use a responsive theme but we need a mobile exclusive version. The mobile version must have space for 3 banners and a fixed "share button" with Whatsapp included. It must be fast an clean that's why we are making. We will also need a redirect to guide visitors to mobile site if they are using phones and click a link or visit homepage.
