Decrypt DBF file of some software and export needed data to CSV

Здравствуйте. пришлите пример файла. dbf стандарнтыми драйверами обычно не криптуется. Может его криптанули по кажлому полю. Пришлите я гляну. Если получится быстро разобраться - помогу.

Hello. After a brief survey , I found that there are programs that can view the contents of the encrypted DBF file (if password is known), as well as export data to other formats. So, you can try to "google" such applications and try it by yourself. Of course, I can do that for You or I can write a new export application if You wish.

As fas as I can see, this project can be broken into two pieces. None of them is difficult, only need some attention and code-writing.
