Migration of User Login pages into new design. Pages : 1. Patient Login 2. Doctor Login 3. Hospital Login Scope : Web Page Design - Design new page with rich look and feel. Both Login and the signup blocks should be shown in the same page. Migration of Existing Functionality - Migrate the existing core PHP code to the new pages without disturbing the existing functionality and validations. - Login Functionality - Signup Functionality with Validations - Image and Text Loading from the database Note : You need to use the same old header and footer for this. Only the body part has to be changes with better look and fee. Time : One day.
