Dynamic edit of php-form

Estimated 4 hours work, pricerange up to $ 70. I have a working dns-editor as you can see in attachment screen1.png. I'm now moving this script into a standard bootstrap / smarty-template - system and that's a good time to renew the old code. I don't want to use my time on this as javascript/html5 features is not my strongest side (I have been coding php since 1998, so please no sloppy php-code I have to debug!). You can see the db-layout in screen2 (domains) and screen3 (domain-details). This is where your data will be stored. I want you to write a single page script (or one php-script and one smarty-template) from group up using the same table-structure (or with my permission, change the table-structure and provide a way to convert existing data). The layout shouldn't change mutch, it doesn't actually need any change beside upgrade it a bit to boostrap form fields. Your script will be called in two ways: [login to view URL] (1) [login to view URL] (2) I already have the domain-list, you shall not make that. Functionality: - As you see, I do need to be able to add extra rows in each of the categories in a dns record (by clicking the "+"-sign). Rows should NOT be added and no content, not even edited existing rows, shall be saved before the "Save" button on the bottom of the page is pushed. - Once Save is pushed, there should be basic error checking of each field to avoid error (in bind/named, there is function to validate if a complete dns-record is valid and that is something I do back-end today, but only after saving record). - By calling the script with a domain-name, it should populate your form with some default values I have (some nameserver-record, a-records and so on). These values can be hard-coded, but should be easy to modify using a plain text or php-editor. Final Goal: - Easy to add and manipulate all dns-entries without saving anything before everything is checked for errors and can be safly saved. - Implemented in Smarty/bootstrap. - Function-oriented and easy to read code - please, please DO NOT copy code and use it many times again and again as I have seen a lot of. I want clean, smart maintainable code that is super perfect and compact. - Do not loose state - if form is sent and has error, it should be corrected without loosing data. - The better you do the code, the better my review is. This job is NOT just about making it to work (I already have that!), its to optimize and make it fast and clean.
