I am in need of total revamping of my vacation rental booking website. Site has been developed using Magento and it is fully functional, but has bugs. One of the key components of the site is digital key code generating engine for remote controlled, digital door locks. I had a team of web designers redesigning all of the pages for the site. This is what I need to be done: a) Take these designs and apply them to the existing site. Some of them have been applied, but still needs to be completed. Some small elements of design might be missing. We need them to be complete by the developer using existing design elements. b) Site needs an updated payment system. Currently we are using WePay, but I need something more user friendly where payments could be held in the escrow account and released to the property owners by us after the first day of confirmed guest visit. Credit card, paypal and other methods should be included. c) Basic mobile version. d) All site functionality would need to be tested prior to release. Currently our site is working but buggy, so these bugs will need to be fixed, as well. Please look at the existing site, make sure you understand what we do prior of making any offers. Experience with Magento, PHP, MySQL would be a must. You will be required to host our code on your server, and give us a link so we can track your progress. At first, your idea is great - I remember we talked about similar idea few months ago with friends when we were traveling in US through the West Coast and we mostly used Airbnb to stay overnight so we thought why we need to meet someone to take keys and so on as it is sometimes gets difficult to agree on the meetup time. Anyway. Another thing which is strange to me is why you used Magento as a core for entire thing. Moreover, design isn't good - don't know what designers you hired but those guys are not designers but just a beginners. I would suggest you to make something more eye touching similar to airbnb i.e. Anyway, I can just take what those guys did and continue. a) Clear. b) Clear. c) Clear. d) Clear. I use Trello for task management, would add all tasks there, once it's done I move it to the next stage "QA" and then you get notified that it's ready to be tested. I do this with all my clients. Let's sit and have a chat about changes you want to be made and then I could put everything to Trello to see everything in a big picture.
