Currently we are using VFRONT ([login to view URL]) as a database data entry system. I need to have some changes made to it to serve our purposes better. This is for a callcentre for the agents to enter all their data. Extra features: For the agents login page they need to go straight to the data entry form. For the data entry form we need a custom layout as I will specify. Need to have an link to export the daily records to pdf with an editable field on each page to make notes. Database has 2 Tables, Daily, master. At the end of the day all daily records needs to be emailed in pdf form as explained earlier and then merged with the master records and the daily cleared. System needs to be able to be integrated with an Wordpress website and be secure. System needs to stay open source. This is just the outline, please ask if more info is required.
