I have a 2 PHP pages plugin for Contact Form on my blog. People fill it and data is sent to DB. There is another few pages PHP Based Admin panel which is fetching and updating records. i am facing a problem since last few days that when i come to my office and check my admin panel, some of existing records are updated with a fixed email/name etc and i lost my customer's original record. the admin panel is IP protected with .htaccess file. so only we can access it from fixed IP. i dont know where the problem is. i need you to find and fix it and tell me about that. ' and make my contact form and contact admin panel as much secure as possible. also make it virus injection free.
