Video Player Viewer Engagement Analytics (Track location in videos when viewer hits a button)

Need someone to add functionality to my existing video streaming website and mobile apps (iOS and Android). The site plays live streaming videos and also plays archived videos. Site and app users can view, rate, like/dislike, comment and share. REQUIREMENT: I need functionality where viewers can mark or bookmark the exact location in the video where they like a scene or dislike a scene (by pressing the thumbs up and/or thumbs down button). For example, if at the :35 second point of the video a viewer hits the thumbs down button, I need the system to track this. Ultimately, I want to be able to see a table and graph of all of the likes and dislikes and where in the video the viewers hit the buttons. When user hits the like or dislike button a confirmation box should appear where the user confirms that they mean to hit the like/dislike button and they can add a comment as to why they pushed the button. With this data, I need the ability to run reports of this information based on user profile information (age, sex, race, location). See attached images for detailed reports and report views. System Details - iOS app, Android App and Website (must be able to track the location of the videos where these user's click the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons) - Apache2 web server - Mysql database warehouse - Wowza media server to record incoming streams
