Hello. I am looking for freelancers to help develop a straightforward android app with a professional layout and setup a necessary backend database A user should be able to register, login, and be able to pay for services using standard visa/mastercard API. The services offered will be to top-up mobile phones, for which the API will be provided. Thus, a user should be able to select a payment channel/account number etc., and then pay the bill. Core Elements: 1. User Management -Login/Register/Profile/User Data 2. Payment Management - Visa/Mastercard 3. Services - Topup/Utilities/Other Channels. API will be provided. Kindly get back with quotes/questions. The app will be used by selected users, and will be used to generate funding for future releases (if funding successful). Thanks.
