Build Online Database and Basic GUI for Sales Team to Input Quotes and Jobs

We are a small company that manufactures equipment for local industry. Our sales team require a simple GUI where they can enter in relevant information for quotes and jobs (when they are won). This information is then used by the production team for scheduling and job execution. Once this information has been input and stored in the database, management will to view how much work is "in the pipeline", how much work has been "won", the value of work that is "work in progress" when when each is expected to occur. Timeline graphs will be required. We currently utilise a spreadsheet to capture and manipulate this information and are looking to streamline this process with a simple upgrade. Users need to be able to access the database simultaneously and in real time. Database can be hosted on our exchange server if needed. This is a SIMPLE project - we do not need complicated and fancy systems or programs. We are seeking an individual who can develop an SQL database (or other legitimate suggestion) which is accessed by a GUI. Management will need to be able to extract raw data from the database. Full scope will be finalised shortly. Once the initial build is complete, there may be additional development work for the right candidate.
