Build a Tutoring App

An app for home tuition like Qriyo. Tutor Onboarding : Tutor will enter their personal details, educational qualifications, and will select the tuition classes they are comfortable with and will pass an online written and communication skills test to get eligible for the tuitions. How will app connect both teacher & student? 1. When a student Fill all the details 2. Our app will automatically find a right teacher which match across dimensions like price, distance, timings. Our app will send a notification to all the eligible teachers. Than the teacher who will first accept the notification will get the tuition. 3. Then the student has to pay a introductry Rs. 500 amount. AFTER THAT CLASS BEGINS Details How it work:- A student who want a home tutor will install our app and fill all the details like, need 3 days a week/5 days a week, class, subjects, budget, area. Our App will then find automatically find all the teachers who matches their profile on that criteria. Our app will shortlist and will send notification to all the teachers as per the criteria. The teacher who will first accept the notification Got the tuition. Then the student will pay an initial amount of Rs. 500. Once Student Pay the amount, student can communicate with tutors instantly. PAYMENT SYSTEM On each transaction when a Student pay we will charge 15% commission for our services. Details of PAYMENT SYSTEM When the student set a budget of Rs3500, After few moment our app find a teacher who is available to teach him for Rs 3500/- or lesser. If the student like the teacher profile he have to add Rs 500 initial amount to his wallet. After 10 tuition classes, the student will need to add the remaining full month's to his wallet. Teacher can withdraw the amount After 30 days, While withdrawing the amount 15% fee will be applicable as our commission + Payment gateway Fees of 2%. REPLACEMENT PROCEES First day is the DEMO DAY. First Day No fee will be applicable, After that tuition will be started. Student can ask for replacement any day. Our app will automatically Find another teacher that fit for the Student. Payment process of replacement : When a student start taking tuition and after 20 days he want a replacement. Our app automatically again transfer the remaining amount of 10 days to student wallet from teacher wallet. Teacher can withdraw the Amount. Our App will automatically find another teacher that fits for the students. How it work on for regular classes in case of tutor replacement? Student have to do is decide when the next lesson will happen. Students can communicate with your tutors instantly and organise lessons with our handy in-app calendar to fit around your schedule. Example : Student can fixed a time like 3 Days a week Mon, Wed and Friday, timing 4pm to 5pm. Or he can can communicate with your tutors instantly and organise lessons with our handy calendar in-app after the each class. HOW OUR APP WILL FIND A PERFECT TEACHER? 1. If any teacher rating is below 3 star than that teacher will be automatically remove from our system. 2. In 1 year if more than 3 students Discontinue our service from a teacher, that teacher account will be block. If students take replacement it will not effect teacher profile. 3. After each 15 days there should be mandatory that student have to give rating out of 5 star to their teacher according their learning experience. Please refer to the attachment for further details.
