Build A Website for my Business

In order to be considered for this development, please read the entire description. I need a website built from the ground up. I want a developer to submit a proposal that outlines the approach, and describe what language/structure the core should have, and how the initial apps will integrate. It must be flexible and able to be hosted on standard web servers. Site will be optimized for both browser and mobile devices Site will be SEO optimized and fast loading The site will consist of the Core site and content, this will have about 4 to 8 pages about the service we sell. Additionally the site will have an app that does several tasks: The idea is to have the client do their own selection of service and scheduling freeing up resources and reducing time spent in their home collecting billing information. Overview: Qualify Client> Select Service> Go through a Scheduling Process> Enter Payment information 1. Client qualification process based on an API call of an address to see if the location is served. 2. If the client qualifies, they should be able to select a service, this choice of services and cost will be based on zip code from the address. 3. Based on the Zip code, the client will be presented a calendar with days selectable that have been preset in a dashboard 4. After the Day of the month is selected, the hours of that day that are available are presented and the client can choose a time. 5. To weed out false or fake appointments, the client can opt to receive an SMS/Text with a code that can be entered into the page and validated, OR an email to validate their identity with a link. This should be a timed process, if the link or text is not validated in example 15 minutes, the time is released as available. 6. They are offered a discounted rate to put payment information into their session. Their card Will not be charged at the time, just on file securely to be charged after service is delivered. Additionally there will be a dashboard to control the calendar availability settings. I have prototypes and wire frames as well as flow diagrams for the processes. The layout of the website will be based on a template that i found that I like, its a wordpress template and im not that crazy about having this site built in WP. General content will be taken from the existing website. To be considered you MUST submit a portfolio of several advanced websites you have developed and completed. You must submit a concept on programming platform, database, and any other relevant details in creating a site like the one described including an estimated timeline. You must be a good communicator and be able to meet timelines and milestones. This project will have an end date, if the agreed upon date is not met then for each day it is not ready $50 USD is subtracted from the total payment.
