Please read through the attached file of the specs of the project. Answer all of the questions. If there is anything in there that you disagree with or can do different or better than I have suggested please let me know. I"m only looking for the coding, but if you want to give me a quote for the design please feel free (I will need to see some examples of design work). This is very important: I will need to see 3 projects that you have worked on (they don't need to be the similar as this project). I also want 3 contacts of people that you have worked with perferably in the US. If you leave this out I won't even look at your profile. I have included my payment method in the specs, and will reiterate it here, if you have a problem with it then don't bother to apply. After the project is 100% and loaded on a server doesn’t have to be mine. I will give 50% of the payment. After the project has been integrated into my design, then you will receive the next 25% of the payment. After 2-3 months of successful bug fixing and support I will then give the last 25%. If you need any references from me I will be glad to provide. This project is only the beginning. I have a very clear marketing plan and business model. If you do a good job in this project it may lead to more substantial work and profit sharing. I did have someone working on this previously, but unfortunately it didn't work out. I have all of the work he did, so you may use this or program from scratch. I mention in the specs, but I feel I have to reiterate this, no content management systems like mambo or xoops, if that is what you are doing, I can do that myself.
