I am looking for experienced individual developer and not company, to develop a complete CMS for my android app to manage the android app content. This will include - Complete DB design - Writing SQL scripts - Basic design for CMS backend - Writing webservices to support communication to and from to CMS and frontend ONLY INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPERS AND NOT COMPANIES I AM NOT INTERESTED TO SEE WHAT YOU HAVE DEVELOPED IN PAST, I AM ONLY INTERESTED TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO BASED ON WHAT I TELL YOU TO DEVELOP. ANY KIND OF PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE RELEASED UPON COMPLETION OF CMS, SO DON'T EXPECT ANY PAYMENT BEFORE FINISHING WORK.
