Customize my wordpress site simillar like the reference site (provided by me)

1. Front page full similar to esty [login to view URL] ( same design, same background color, same header design n color {now my site has header red color but change and make it similar to esty full white color} , footer should also be same , and all other details you can check in the given link. 2.
