I am running facebook ads. I need a program to change bids through API for those ads. if in adsetname there is special part ('__LOWBID_'; for example 'UK_MALE_INTEREST__LOWBID_') and the adset had less than 100 impressions all time, increase current bid by 0.05 eur. then save in .csv made changes. It will run each hour on cron on my server. I can setup cron myself, only need the program written. That bid increasing is first feature. After it is done there are more to come. Happy to find long term freelancer. PLEASE write in your proposal in which language will you write the program. Best, if you had experience of writing something similar. Thanks.
