Fix Jquery filter function

Our website has some dropdown menus that perform a filter on the below table. I recently added some custom styling to the dropdown menus and that broke the filtering code that we had. Need someone to adjust our filtering code so that it works with the new styles.
Project requirements:
- When user selects from one of the dropdowns it should filter the below table
- Make it so the dropdowns stay the same width (currently they change width when an option is chosen)
- Add an option for each dropdown 'All' which shows all rows for that filter.
