Fix VieThemes Live Editor and Extra Positions for Opencart 2.3.0.2

After installing Live Editor and pressing refresh, I get the below error message. However, this does not appear to be a fatal error and I can use Live Editor and the front end works OK. - ---------------------------------------------------------------- NOT FOUND! CODE: html += ' <option value="column_right"><?php echo $text_column_right; ?></option>'; FILE: admin/view/template/design/[login to view URL] MOD: viethemes - Live Theme Editor However, the big problems occur come once I install the Extra Positions extension as I now get 2 additional messages (see below). After Extra Positions is installed, the front end returns error 500 and when I tried to disable the Extra Positions extension, the backend of the website failed too. ---------------------------------------------------------------- NOT FOUND! CODE: <p><?php echo $powered; ?></p> FILE: catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/[login to view URL] MOD: viethemes - Extra Positions I then decided to reinstall Opencart and try installing Extra Positions before Live Editor. Interestingly, no error messages were generated after installing Extra Positions and the extension seemed to work correctly both on the front and back end. However, after installing the Live Editor, the same issues occurred again. Clearly, both Live Editor and Extra Positions are supposed to work together as VieThemes have them working together in their demo at [login to view URL] If you navigate to Layouts and choose Home, you can see modules placed in these additional positions by the Extra Positions extension. However this demo is running Opencart 2.0.1.1 and not the much later 2.3.0.2. Anyhow I need Live Editor and Extra Positions fixing so they work together correctly on Opencart 2.3.0.2 and without generating any further error messages. These should both be delivered as installables.
