help with automated emails on phpprobid script

the automated emails sent from my site ([login to view URL])running phpprobid is being blocked by at least comcast . i was told to fix the problem was to install [login to view URL] use smtp and send via mailserver. u must do this without screwing up the [login to view URL] if u can bid below the mininum , i dont have a big budget. i cant select any lower price
