Import pricing and product data to woocommerce

Hi, As part of our e commerce platform we are building using WordPress and woo commerce, we require the vendor CSV file full of product and pricing info, to be parsed and then imported into the system This will happen on a daily basis overnight Requirements: • Map the “Ingram Part Number” in the vendor file to the same “SKU #” currently in database / website • Once mapping is done, create CSV file that will be used to upload to database with updated below fields for the website o Customer Price (more info on that below) o Available Quantity Update Price: Need the ability – plugin where settings can be changed – need below to be able to be set • Tax rate - percentage • CC fee - percentage • Margin – margins setting need to be broken down into below segments settings 1. Any product between $0 - $50 = %percentage% 2. Any product between $51 - $100 = %percentage% 3. Any product between 101 - $200 = %percentage% 4. Any product between $201 - $400 = %percentage% 5. Any product between $401 and above = %percentage% The final price then to be updated on the website is made up of the below numbers 1. Vendor price (csv sheet) + Percentage (percentage are made up of - Tax rate + CC fee + Margin % (depending on how much vendor price is ) So for a product that is $75 on the vendor sheet – the cost on the website will – Example rates used $75 + (Tax rate at 15% + CC fee at 3% + Margin at 8%) = so that will be $75 + 26% = $94.50 Also provide a plugin that can export existing products to csv and import again – maybe the above can use this plugin as well Access to site will be provided / FTP . admin dashboard etc For any further clarity , please ask Milestone payment – 25% up front – 50% for main work – 25% for export / import plugin / ability Please adhere to these milestones, otherwise do not bid Happy bidding everyone
