I need a cross-platform app using Electron (previously Atom Shell) which will load a specific website of my choice. The app needs to be able to read raw data and set custom referrer based on that data. It also needs to block pop-ups and automatic downloads of files. Must be able to compile afterwards on Windows, OSX, and Linux as it is using Electron framework.
