Need a very simple program created. 1. I manage a group of websites. 2. I need to know when they are offline. 3. This means I need a website scanner than will be able to tell if a website is offline, not just a change in the website. Sometimes when a website is offline, it will still have html. Need a solution for this. 4. Does not have be automated. I can run program manually each morning. 5. Can be either desktop app or local PHP (I have AppServe on my computer) This is not a difficult project, so please, do not bid a very high price.
