i have a platform that was built to provide advertisements for website owners. i now need this platform duplicated and inverted to accommodate advertisers and allow them to purchase advertisements. this new platform will need to be connected to the existing platform. for example, when an advertiser buys an advertisement on the new platform it will need to update the website owners on the existing platform automatically. the platforms are built with laravel and PHP. the goal is to automate everything. you will also be needed to update design changes for additional fees that will be agreed upon per project. attached is a photo of the existing platform. do not bid unless you've read everything here.
