Need Webdeveloper to fix issue with website loading from social media ads

For some reason, my website is no longer loading when iphones try to click to it through social media or paid ads. I need a developer who can investigate what is going on and why it's not working and fix it so we can resume our ads and business. If you go to my instagram account - [login to view URL] and try to use [login to view URL] it won't load on iphones anymor, apparently android phones still work but not iphone at all. Siteground my hosting company said I need a developer to investigate what's going to on and give them directions should there be something on their end they need to do. We run ads through instagram and through facebook and most of our customers are on mobile so this is a huge issue ust grabbing the info
