Hello sir I hope you are doing great, I am expert in magento store development. I have strong skill over magento store migration from M1 to M2. I have migrated many store before with all functionality and custom code/module. If you want to go with previous layout than we can use same theme and need to check the extention which are working in your existing store are available or not in magento 2. I need 10-15 days for migration as well need the php version 7 and apache version 2. This is the basic requirement of magento2 store.I can also upgrade these all at your server if you can't, I have good skills over server also. I will take approx 15 days to complete all but it can be vary depend upon the complexity of custom code or modules. It can be less or more.
