These catering charges are to be multiplied by the number of guest picked within the packages above. • Ruby catering package; select maximum of 7 dishes under the package of $2.50pp labour only ( find attached menu list) • Pearl catering package; select maximum of 7 dishes and 3 cocktail dishes therefore 10 dishes labour only $3.50 • Topaz catering package; select maximum 7 dishes for $10 per person (labour and ingredients) • Diamond catering package; select maximum 10 dishes for $15 per person 2. Once a client picks the package it should provide option to pick the dishes immediately/ choose later.
