PHP Job Posting System

Design system to handle registration of users, Extensive muti-screen form for users to submit job opening statistics (see [login to view URL]) and attached pdf of posting process. Ability to post multiple job openings. Upon final submit, data should be stored in DB and email with info sent to Admin. System should integrate with paypal to process payments based on # of job positions to fill. There needs to be some way for admin to view the DB of postings via the internet Currently Jobs do not have to view online, but should be able to be added at a later date.
