PHP Script to scrape a website

I need a php script that will scrape the information from a web page. The page allows for selection of several options. The script will have to account for those options. Here is the page. [login to view URL] You will have to select the country, state (if country is United States), and course to get the results that I want to scrape. - I want to create a delimited file with the name, location, contact info, and certifications (listbox on the right). The delimiter will be a "~". - The script will need to accept parameters (country, state, course, output file) to run. - The parameters will have to account for the fact that state is not usable outside the United States. - If the output file exists, the script needs to append to the file listed. - There is a high chance that many selections will return nothing.
