PHP SMTP script to send bulk emails

I need a PHP script which will send bulk emails like 10k to 100k.... this script must also get response if emails were sent successful , inbound, if it was readed or if was failed and not exists. so it must send and resport details about sendout, must remove bad emails from list after response from sendout. I'm looking for ready made solutions which can be provided fast at low price. I want all the basic feature in the email script.
