Programmer/Coder/Developer Needed Must Be Very Skilled

We are a large company looking for a new developer. Must be very trustworthy and dependable. Our current developer of 17 years is no longer available and we are looking to replace him with someone else who is very skilled and can work at least 30+ hrs per week. We prefer someone who can dedicate to our company full time and now work any side jobs. Our website scripts and databases are "Very Complex" so you must be very skilled and able to learn to work within our coding. You must be available via skype daily for discussion, status updates and also so we can discuss job requirements/needs as needed. If you do not have reliable internet and have issues being online daily, please do not apply. If you are a beginner and cannot adapt to our very complex coding please do not apply.
